1 Nature of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the dl333 online gaming platform ("Platform") and its users ("Members"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Platform, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

dl333 is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and responsible online gaming environment for users in Bangladesh. The Platform protects members' information and funds through SSL encryption and modern security measures.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and activities on the dl333 platform, including:

• Card games and table games

2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account on dl333. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and any funds held within them may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when creating an account must be completely accurate, current, and reliable. Providing false or misleading information is considered a serious violation and may result in account termination.

• Your full name must match your national identity card.
• The payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) must be registered in the member's name.
• A valid and active mobile number must be provided.

2.3 Account Security

Members are obligated to keep their account login credentials (password, PIN) confidential. Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

3 Age Requirement

dl333 is for users aged 21 and above only. Participation by minors on this platform is strictly prohibited. Valid identity documents may be required to verify age when creating an account. If an account belonging to a minor is detected, it will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

This platform is operated for residents of Bangladesh. Members confirm that it is legally permissible for them to participate in online gaming in the jurisdiction where they are located. Full legal responsibility for using dl333 rests with the user.

4 Supported Payment Methods

dl333 supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet
• Nagad — Digital wallet from Bangladesh Post Office

• Upay — Digital payment platform

No payment methods other than those listed above are currently accepted.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will be rejected and returned.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 10 and 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• dl333 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

5 Welcome Bonus

New members of dl333 will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in total bets required before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Wagering is calculated from the total amount wagered, not from winnings.
• Wagering contribution may vary across different game categories.
• Certain games may be excluded from wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Operating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is prohibited and will be treated as bonus fraud.
• dl333 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• The expiry date of a bonus will be stated in the relevant offer.
• Bonus funds will be tracked separately until wagering requirements are fulfilled.

5.4 VIP Program

The dl333 VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6 Ensuring Fair Play

dl333 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. The platform's games use internationally recognized technology to ensure balanced and verifiable outcomes.

• All game outcomes are governed by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• No game outcome is predetermined, and no one can control it.
• dl333 never influences game outcomes in favor of or against any member.

6.2 Software & Technical Integrity

Any form of interference with the platform's software, including reverse engineering or unauthorized modification, is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to play using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence will result in membership termination.

7 Complete List of Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities will result in account termination and fund confiscation:

• Operating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment account.
• Fraudulent access to other members' accounts.
• Attempting to hack or make unauthorized changes to the platform's software.
• Participation in match fixing or manipulation of sports events.
• Abusing the platform's bonus system or payment system.
• Providing false or incomplete identity information.
• Falsely identifying oneself as a dl333 staff member or representative.
• Fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.

8 Grounds for Account Suspension by dl333

In the following circumstances, dl333 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to provide required information for account verification.
• Extended period of inactivity on the account.
• Instructions from a court or authority.

8.2 Account Closure by Member

A member may request closure of their account at any time by emailing [email protected]. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed, however bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

9.2 Self-Exclusion Feature

If a member feels that their gaming habits are getting out of control, they can activate a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through our support team. While this feature is active, it will not be possible to log in to the account.

10 Complaint Submission Process

If a member wishes to raise a complaint about any decision or service on the platform, they must first email [email protected] with full details. dl333 takes all complaints seriously and endeavours to resolve them fairly.

• Upon receiving a complaint, our team will begin an investigation.
• The member may be asked to provide additional information for verification purposes.
• The member will be informed of the outcome of the investigation.

10.2 Technical Issues

In the case of games or transactions affected by a technical error or system disruption, dl333 reserves the right to make a decision following a proper investigation. Abnormal winnings arising from a technical error may be cancelled by dl333.

11 Data Collection and Use

dl333 uses members' personal information solely for the purpose of providing services, verifying identity, and fulfilling legal obligations. We keep all data secure using SSL encryption. Members' information is not sold or shared with third parties, except in response to valid instructions from legal authorities.

12 Update and Amendment Policy

12.2 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, form the entire agreement between dl333 and the member. Any prior oral or written agreements or understandings are superseded by this document.
